Cost of attending Neumann University increases for all students in 2022-23 school year

Tuition fees at Neumann University rose by 3.6% for the 2022-23 school year, based on the most recent disclosure, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students paid $35,700 to attend the private, not-for-profit, four-year institution this year, which is $1,240 higher than the $34,460 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 68% of the undergraduate student body are Pennsylvania residents, while about 31% come from other states, and 1% are international students.

Data indicates that all full-time undergraduates who enrolled at Neumann University in the 2022-23 school year received some form of financial aid. A total of 367 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $10 million, and 310 students obtained student loans exceeding $2.8 million.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 1,436 students benefited from grants or scholarships totaling $31.8 million. Additionally, 1,184 students borrowed $7.7 million in federal student loans.

Meanwhile, student loan debt has steadily increased over the last 30 years, reaching $1.75 trillion in 2024, averaging a total of $28,950 per borrower. Federal loans make up 92% of the debt, with over half of students at both public and private four-year colleges graduating with student loans.
