Concord Township issued the following announcement.

1:00 p.m. Dog Costume Contest at New Dog Park
2:00 p.m. Children’s Costume Parade
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place in both the Small and Large Dog contest as well as the Children's Halloween Costume Contest.
COVID modified this year, this FREE annual festival will include a Halloween costume parade and a “take-home” pumpkin decorating contest for children, a dog costume contest, and music. Light concessions will be available for purchase.
Due to COVID, this year’s festival will not include a baked goods contest or Trunk-or-Treat, as originally planned.
**COVID-19 Guidelines as outlined by the CDC & State will be in place for all Township events; including wearing mask and social distancing.**
