Borough of Landsdowne issued the following announcement.
On behalf of Lansdowne Borough Council, Council President Hover and Mayor Campuzano, we would like to thank all of the volunteers in Lansdowne from the Parks and Recreation Board, Lansdowne Boys and Girls Club, Gladstone Civic Association, Lansdowne Boy Scouts Cup Pack 63, Lansdowne Girls Scouts--Friendship Hollow Service Unit 520--and many other volunteers who contributed to the success of this past Saturday's clean up at Hoffman Park.
Also, Lansdowne Borough would like to thank the Darby Creek Valley Association for their work in keeping the creek clean and an asset to our community. As a Municipal member, Lansdowne Borough strives to be community that continues to grow green.
