Chester Community CS issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
CCCS would like to say two big THANK YOUs to those who recently donated backpacks and school supplies to our scholars!
Thank you to Chester Township Councilman Calvin Bernard, who donated 70 backpacks to scholars on behalf of the Chester Township Council.
And thank you to the Shriners and Daughters of Minaret Temple #174 & Minaret Court #154, who donated backpacks and school supplies.
We appreciate the community coming together to give our scholars what they need to succeed!
