NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF CHADDS FORD TOWNSHIP, DELAWARE COUNTY, PA
At a regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, 7PM, 10 Ring Road, Chadds Ford, PA, the Chadds Ford Township Board of Supervisors have scheduled a public hearing to publicly discuss and take testimony on the application of the Township to adopt an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of Chadds Ford Township, as incorporated by Chapter 135 of the Code of Chadds Ford Township known as the Chadds Ford Township Zoning Ordinance, Article III (“Establishment of Zoning Districts”), Section 135-6 (“District Boundaries”), to include property on the western side of Wilmington Pike (SR 0202) and south of Brintons Bridge Road having parcel ID numbers 04-0000356-00 (1430 Wilmington Pike); 04-0000357-00 (11 Oakland Road), and 04-00000357-01 (0 Wilmington Pike) within the boundary of the PBC Planned Business Center Zoning District of Chadds Ford Township.
A copy of the above-described Ordinance is available for review at the Township Building; on the Township’s website at www.chaddsfordpa.gov, and has been mailed to the Delaware County Daily Times and Delaware County Law Library. Copies of the Ordinance may be obtained for a fee not greater than the cost of copying. The public is invited to attend and give comment. The public hearing will be held at the Chadds Ford Township Municipal Building located at 10 Ring Road, Chadds Ford, PA., 19317
