Chester Community CS issued the following announcement on Feb. 8.
Our annual school-wide oratorical competition is fast approaching! During this event, our scholars showcase their storytelling abilities through recitation of both original and pre-written speeches, poems, and spoken word. The oratorical contest is intended to highlight the talents, skills and gifts of our scholars, while celebrating their rich heritage. Happy Black Heritage Month!
