Zoning Hearing Board
The Chadds Ford Township Zoning Hearing Board will have a meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. This hearing was continued from the February 16, 2022 Meeting. Please refer to the Township website at www.chaddsfordpa.gov or call the Township office at 610-300-8800 for hearing access information.
1801 Route 202, LP seeks a Special Exception in accordance with Ordinance No. 165, Section 135-166(B)(3) of the Chadds Ford Township Zoning Ordinance to allow the expansion of an existing lawful non-conforming use; a Variance from Section 135-63(P)(1) to allow a building footprint of 53,636 square feet where 50,000 square feet is permitted; a Variance from Section 135-161(D)(5) related to building facade plantings; a Variance from Ordinance No. 158, Section 135-150(B)(2)(a) to allow a wall sign of 61.6 square feet where 32 square feet is required and any other relief ultimately deemed necessary. Said property is located at David Dodge Dealership, 1801 Wilmington Pike, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
