State grant awarded for new Upper Chichester Library construction

State Rep. Wendell Craig Williams | Pennsylvania 160th Legislative District

Rep. Craig Williams and Sen. John Kane are set to present a ceremonial check for a $2 million state grant intended for the construction of a new library in Upper Chichester. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 31, at 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Kingsman Road and Chichester Avenue in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania.

The grant was secured through the support of both Williams and Kane, who represent Delaware and Chester counties. The presentation will be attended by Upper Chichester Township Commissioners, as well as trustees and staff from the Upper Chichester Library.
